As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. Your responsibilities will include communicating with onsite teams, managing incident reports, and assisting in routine patrols to help to deter unwanted incidents. You will provide excellent customer service while acting as a central point of contact for both visitors and staff. Requirements

Applicants must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
A college degree is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary communication point for security-related incidents and information within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor and document incoming calls, alarms, and radio traffic, dispatching appropriate personnel as needed.
Coordinate response to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities and security-related occurrences.
Communicate with on-site personnel and management regarding ongoing security-related issues and provide updates as necessary.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the facility.
Provide customer service by following site-specific policies, procedures, and protocols, including during emergency response activities.
