About The Position
Barbier Security Group (BSG) is a rapidly growing Bay Area based security services company. Founded in 2007, Barbier Security Group has been tasked with providing custom protective security programs for individuals, government organizations, and private companies. In partnership with the Uptown Downtown Oakland Community Benefit Districts, Barbier Security Group is hiring experienced Security Ambassadors. Our clients are committed to revitalizing Oakland’s historic downtown by maintaining cleanliness and order in the public rights-of-way, promoting district identity, building community, promoting business attraction, fostering cultural opportunities, and creating and maintaining new public spaces as well as advocating on behalf of the district stakeholders. A Security Ambassador for Barbier Security Group provides a wide variety of essential services to the Uptown Downtown Oakland Community Benefit Districts. As a Security Ambassador, your duties will be varied; however, the ideal candidate will demonstrate interpersonal skills that contribute to delivery of an exceptional client and community experience.
