The position ensures the protection and safety of guests, employees, and the property. Responsibilities include providing crowd control in all areas of the venue, being alert for and reporting any suspicious individuals or activities, assisting in and providing first aid to injured guests and/or employees, and reporting any safety hazards to management and appropriate departments. The role also involves escorting intoxicated, disorderly, and/or insubordinate guests from the venue and informing management immediately. Clear communication with management in all departments is essential, as well as remaining professional and composed in emergency stressful situations. The position requires demonstrating superior guest service by answering all questions from guests and practicing safety awareness by adhering to set safety standards. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
