Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Security Experience ‐ 1+ Years.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter theft and/or disruptive behavior.
- Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and communicate observations to store management and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disputes, disturbances, and/or medical situations, and documenting actions taken.
- Support access control and traffic flow by observing entry and exit points, assisting with customer and associate questions, and coordinating with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when requested.
