As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unusual activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity to help to support authorized entry procedures and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
Support Allied Universal standards by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and following client-facing instructions for daily operations, opening and closing activities, and/or incident follow-up.
