You will help manage guest check-in, badge and key control, monitor alarms and cameras, document incidents, and communicate with venue teams to help reduce security-related concerns. Requirements

  • Have 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR Certification is preferred.
  • Guard Card/License is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, performers, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Staff the front desk and lobby area, greeting and directing visitors, answering questions, and supporting venue entry screening, credential checks, and/or access control as required by post orders.
  • Monitor assigned areas using security-related systems and visual observation, reporting unusual activity, suspicious behavior, and/or facility concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with venue leadership and emergency services when needed.
  • Complete security-related logs and reports, document incidents, and communicate shift updates to Allied Universal supervisors and site contacts.
