Job Description As a Security Officer - Mobile Unarmed Patrol Unit in CHERRY HILL, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control with clear communication and strong customer service. You will document observations, respond to concerns, and collaborate with site teams to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 6+ months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare manufacturing and office location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site contacts and/or public responders as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, production support areas, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Control access by monitoring entry points, checking identification and/or visitor authorization when assigned, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries per site requirements.
• Complete written and/or electronic reports, including incident reports and daily activity logs, and communicate security-related observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
