You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible, watch for unusual activity, and document security-related incidents with clear communication. You will also provide customer service to team members and visitors while partnering closely with site contacts. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse, dock, yard, and parking areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards; working conditions may vary by location.
- Monitor access points and vehicle flow by observing entrances, gates, and loading areas, verifying authorization as required, and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating timely updates to site contacts and/or dispatch as needed.
- Complete detailed patrol and incident reports, document policy violations and/or irregular conditions, and support investigations by preserving observations and pertinent information.
