About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Ashville, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, performing routine rounds to help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, post orders, and site-specific policies, including access control and visitor processing as assigned.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points, documenting observations and reporting maintenance and security-related concerns.
Monitor assigned systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control panels, and report irregular activity according to site protocols.
Complete shift activity reports, incident reports, and log entries with clear, timely information, and support investigations by preserving observations and relevant information.
