As an Allied Universal officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role combines customer service, communication, and teamwork while supporting daily operations with integrity in a caring, reliable, and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a food and beverage location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or local responders when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or operational concerns according to site guidelines.
  • Support daily operations by maintaining visible presence, assisting with traffic and visitor flow, and completing required reports, logs, and other security-related documentation in a timely manner.
