Requirements

Hospital positions require applicable vaccinations.
The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with entry procedures, directions, and security-related concerns in accordance with site expectations.
Support healthcare operations by observing for potential hazards, assisting during emergencies, and reporting incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
