As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for employees and visitors. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, responding appropriately during emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any irregularities.
Monitor the location for unusual or suspicious activity, and communicate observations to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
Support access control procedures by observing individuals entering or exiting the premises and reporting any concerns or violations of site policies.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences as required by site protocols.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and/or client staff to address security-related concerns and provide a welcoming presence for employees, visitors, and guests.
