As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for employees and visitors. Requirements

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, responding appropriately during emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any irregularities.
  • Monitor the location for unusual or suspicious activity, and communicate observations to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
  • Support access control procedures by observing individuals entering or exiting the premises and reporting any concerns or violations of site policies.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences as required by site protocols.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and/or client staff to address security-related concerns and provide a welcoming presence for employees, visitors, and guests.
