Job Description As a Security Officer - Media Studio Patrol in Saint Charles, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing an approachable and professional presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, maintaining visibility, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and promoting a secure atmosphere in a technology-focused location.
Document and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as directed, maintaining clear communication regarding security-related matters.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and addressing unauthorized access attempts.
Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and providing assistance during evacuations or other urgent situations.
