About The Position

As a Security Officer - Media Office Patrol in Littleton, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following company and site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor the location for unusual or suspicious activity, reporting findings according to established procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as appropriate.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
Support access control measures by observing entrances, exits, and other key points throughout the location.
