Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identifying potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues within the location, following established protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
Document incidents and daily activities accurately in accordance with company and client requirements.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required, following escalation procedures.
