As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment by conducting regular patrols throughout a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will remain highly visible, interact professionally with employees and visitors, and respond promptly to incidents. This is a driving post, so you will use your driving skills to navigate the premises and support security-related operations. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
A valid Class B driver's license with passenger endorsement is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client protocols.
Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and local authorities as needed.
Assist with access control and visitor management, verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
Remain alert and observant in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, adapting to changing conditions and requirements.
