As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be able to lift more than 20 lbs.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards identified during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to manage visitor and contractor entry as directed by site procedures.
Document all incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors to provide assistance and information as needed.
