As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and supporting access control procedures. You will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points and responding to alarms as needed. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner at the front desk of the location.
Verify identification and manage access control in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.
Assist with visitor management, including issuing badges and providing directions or information as requested.
Carry out security-related procedures and support emergency response activities as required by the site.
