As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence and routine patrols contribute to a secure environment while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns within the manufacturing environment.
Monitor access points and observe for any unusual activity, reporting findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and contractors to address inquiries and provide guidance on security-related matters.
Document observations, incidents, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
Support the enforcement of site regulations and policies, contributing to an orderly and secure environment for employees and visitors.
