As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout the retail and mall location. Your visible presence and strong customer service skills will create a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring assigned areas, responding to situations as they arise, and maintaining clear communication with team members. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including the business premises and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any security-related concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and directing visitors as needed.
Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and assisting first responders when required.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
