About The Position

As a Retail Security Officer at Allied Universal®, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding clients and their guests in a retail environment. You will respond to incidents, conduct regular patrols, and maintain a secure environment for both clients and customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Must pass a drug screen as permitted by law.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
