Job Description As a Security Officer - Loss Prevention in CLARKSVILLE, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a food and beverage production location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents, support loss prevention efforts, and maintain access control. You will interact with staff and visitors, provide excellent customer service, and utilize technology such as computers or tablets to document activities. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and company protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entry and exit points, checking credentials as required to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the food and beverage environment.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with maintaining order during shift changes, deliveries, and/or other high-traffic periods at the location.
Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security-related concerns and support ongoing security-related initiatives at the site.
