Requirements

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.
Conduct screening of personnel, vehicles, and/or packages entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location, following established protocols.
Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring entry and exit points.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to identify and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
Document and report all incidents, irregularities, and suspicious activity in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
Communicate and coordinate with site personnel, visitors, and local law enforcement or emergency responders as required.
