As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will engage with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, storage areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor the movement of personnel and vehicles within the logistics and distribution location to help to deter security-related risks.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related hazards to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
Support Allied Universal leadership in maintaining a secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors within the logistics and distribution location.
