As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with team members and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying identification as required by site procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as directed by Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel within the logistics and distribution environment.
Support Allied Universal and client emergency preparedness and response protocols as needed.
