As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations to help deter security-related incidents and provide a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with incident response, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment.
Assist with access control, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises as required by site procedures.
Remain alert to potential security-related risks or vulnerabilities specific to logistics and distribution operations and report findings to management.
