Job Description As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Driver in Goodyear, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a logistics and distribution location. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, people-first culture. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols and training.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe activity in order to help to deter theft, loss, or other security-related incidents within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
