Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors as they enter or exit the premises.
• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies established by Allied Universal and the client.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business area and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and visitors to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Report any security-related hazards, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
