As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents while monitoring and patrolling logistics and distribution locations. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a strong visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do: Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location. Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises, following site-specific policies and procedures. Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and drivers with questions and directions related to access control. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter to observe for unusual or suspicious activity. Document all access control activities, incidents, and irregularities according to Allied Universal and site requirements. Communicate promptly with site management and Allied Universal supervisors regarding any security-related concerns or incidents. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
