As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, staying visible, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location.
Assist with visitor management and provide directions or information as needed.
Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity through attentive presence and adherence to site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to observe and report any irregularities.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees, contractors, and visitors as appropriate.
Support emergency response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal guidelines.
