As a Security Officer Lobby Building Patrol in Brooklyn, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk professional in a residential location, you will greet residents and guests, monitor access points, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
  • Have customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying visitors, processing guest entry procedures, and documenting arrivals, departures, and/or other front desk activity.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property staff and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, assist with directions and general information, and support a professional front desk presence within a residential location.
  • Complete reports, logs, and other assigned documentation related to security-related events, visitor activity, and/or unusual conditions.
