As a Security Officer - Government Site Patrol in Redlands, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• MUST HAVE VALID AND CURRENT CA. GUARD CARD & TRAINING CERTIFICATES!
• Must have a Valid CA DL
• PLEASE COME DRESSED IN BUSINESS ATTIRE CLOTHING.
• Former military , law enforcement, corrections, degree in criminal justice.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft attempts, or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Complete detailed and accurate written reports of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents and provide reassurance to staff and the public.
