About The Position

As a Security Officer - Industrial Site Patrol Driver in Greene, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents and remain visible throughout the facility. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Monitor activity in manufacturing and industrial areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual or suspicious behavior.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and other Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
