As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and being a reliable point of contact for employees and visitors. You will also have the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, supporting a positive experience for everyone on site. Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support security-related operations.
