As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, supporting a secure environment, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the manufacturing and industrial location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, observing for any unusual conditions or potential hazards.
Monitor access points, entrances, and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of activities at the location.
Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents or situations requiring attention.
Document incidents and observations accurately and thoroughly as required by site procedures.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions and general information as part of providing a positive presence on site.
