Job Description As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Orovada, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding to situations as needed. This is a driving post, where you will use your customer service skills to communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the industrial and manufacturing location, including both the interior and perimeter areas.
Observe for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to established protocols.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining security-related protocols.
Document daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client site standards.
Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as directed during emergencies or security-related incidents.
