Job Description As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Lead in Tolleson, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol the manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and routine patrols. You will interact with people on-site, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card or security license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security-related concerns.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as part of daily duties.
