As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing excellent customer service and clear communication while responding to various situations. Your presence and professionalism play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment. Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, or military roles.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Familiarity with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Report and document security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with on-site staff and management to address security-related issues and provide assistance as needed.
