Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a primarily driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • This is primarily a driving post.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while on patrol.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
  • Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related activities and incidents.
  • Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members to support security-related objectives at the location.
