In this role, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols.
Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in alignment with site-specific procedures.
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter security-related concerns and report irregularities.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client requirements.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial setting.
