BSG is currently seeking qualified Security Officers for our Incident Response Team at a prestigious private University in Oakland. Security Officers on the Incident Response Team play a critical role in maintaining a secure campus environment. The ideal candidate will be equipped with specialized skills in de-escalation and crisis management, ensuring the safety and well-being of our university community. This position requires a strong commitment to proactive security measures, effective communication, and rapid response to incidents. The Incident Response Team is staffed twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The Incident Response Team is directly responsible for the accurate documentation of routine and unusual events occurring on or near the facilities. The team must maintain an expert level of knowledge of the campus rules and always provide professional interactions that promote safety to, and confidence from, the people that encompass the property.
