Requirements

  • First Aid / CPR Certification, preferred.
  • CLSO (Certified Lodging Security Officer Certification), preferred.
  • High school or equivalent education required.
  • At least 1 year of experience, or equivalent external experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Luxury hotel experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interior and exterior patrols throughout Resort, checking for unsecured doors and rooms, trespassers, unauthorized people in restricted areas and safety hazards.
  • Respond to all guest and associate calls while on patrol, making emergencies a top priority.
  • Maintain the security office and fire panel.
  • Responsible for Fleet Tracking, Relay Tracking.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the CCTV monitors, Key Watcher Programing, Key programing / issuing / integrations.
  • Assist in oversight of the changing and programing of locks on all doors including core changes.
  • Act as the Fire Alarm Stewart.
  • Assist with the training team with new associates.
  • Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs.
