Requirements

  • All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have Security Experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Must be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods regardless of weather conditions.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in public relations and/or hospitality security is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Safeguard the company's assets.
  • Enforce company security regulations and security department policies and procedures as directed by the Safety and Security Manager, Shift Supervisor or Lead Officer.
  • Perform all security-related duties for the casino
  • Escort all transfers of money and/or chips
  • Patrols all sections of the casino to identify safety hazards and breaks in security.
  • Conduct investigations on reported incidents as directed
  • Investigate employee fraud against the company and customers as directed
  • Investigate accident reports as directed
  • Any reasonable request made by Management
  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
  • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debri,s and litter
  • Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
