Requirements

All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have Security Experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
Must be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods regardless of weather conditions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in public relations and/or hospitality security is desirable.

Responsibilities

Safeguard the company's assets.
Enforce company security regulations and security department policies and procedures as directed by the Safety and Security Manager, Shift Supervisor or Lead Officer.
Perform all security-related duties for the casino
Escort all transfers of money and/or chips
Patrols all sections of the casino to identify safety hazards and breaks in security.
Conduct investigations on reported incidents as directed
Investigate employee fraud against the company and customers as directed
Investigate accident reports as directed
Any reasonable request made by Management
Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debri,s and litter
Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
