As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, managing access control, and assisting with badge procedures. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or clients in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk of a financial institution location.
Monitor access to the building, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters as needed.
Assist with emergency response activities at the front desk, following location protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive observation and adherence to security-related procedures.
