About The Position

The position involves high-volume customer interactions, requiring an outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful demeanor. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One year of experience in security (preferred).
  • Knowledge of public safety operations and customer service principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 Slot/Cardroom/Pari-Mutuel Individual Combo Slot License.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Acquire and maintain CPR/AED certification.
  • Three years of tax returns required.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with high-volume customer interactions and maintain an outgoing demeanor.

  • Provide superior guest service and manage difficult interactions.
  • Assist in transporting money and chips.
  • Control access to restricted areas.
  • Respond promptly to customer and team member incidents.
  • Write reports on incidents and accidents.
  • Monitor customer and team member passage in and out of the casino.
  • Check for and report safety hazards.
  • Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in routine drills as assigned.
  • Maintain knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
  • Handle routine customer complaints and incidents.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean casino environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
