As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the premises of a leading hotel and resort location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing visible support to guests and staff. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as they arise, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the hotel and resort location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting guests and staff as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and report any irregularities.
Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and emergency responders as required.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while adapting to the unique needs of the hotel and resort environment.
