As a Security Officer Patrol Services in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Hotels & Resorts. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using the Claim a Shift platform. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a welcoming hotel location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred
Customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, as permitted by site policy.
Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and other unusual behavior.
Document incidents, patrol activities, and notable observations in required reports, logs, and/or digital systems in accordance with Allied Universal and site expectations.
