Job Description As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Denver, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide clear communication and customer service to travelers and staff. You will use teamwork and integrity to support daily operations while staying agile, reliable, and innovative in how you respond to changing needs, backed by a caring culture that puts people first. Requirements

Customer Service Experience is preferred.
Guard Card/License is preferred.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and/or visitors by following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout transportation facility areas, including terminals, curbside zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and restricted areas by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, verifying credentials when assigned, and reporting irregular conditions.
Complete written and/or electronic reports, incident logs, and shift activity records, and communicate key updates during shift turnovers.
