As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a renowned hotel and resort location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to guests and staff. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the hotel or resort location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the premises.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist with crowd management and access control during events or busy periods within the hotel or resort.
Work collaboratively with hotel or resort staff and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns.
