As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the premises of a hotel and resort location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence to guests and staff. You will perform routine patrols, deliver exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly to support a welcoming environment. Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and resort location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for all occupants.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to provide reassurance and support to guests and staff.
